What is the Shop-in-Shop mode and what is it used for?
If you are an affiliate partner for an affiliate program on Tentary, you can use the Direct Link product type to integrate the affiliate products you promote directly into your own shop.
An additional option is the Shop-in-Shop mode. With this setting, the promoted product and the entire purchase process behind it will be displayed fully within your shop — using the design you’ve chosen in the shop builder and under your domain.
With Shop-in-Shop mode, you as an affiliate partner can ensure that the completed sale is correctly attributed to you. The only requirement is that your customers do not block cookies.
How can I activate Shop-in-Shop mode?
When creating a new product with the product type Direct Link, scroll to the product settings. Have you already created a Direct Link and want to activate Shop-in-Shop mode afterward? Then open your product overview, click Edit on the relevant product, and scroll to the settings as well.
Select the option Activate Shop-in-Shop by checking the box in front of it. This turns on the mode — no further configuration is needed.
How are sellers identified?
When you use Shop-in-Shop mode, the checkout page will still clearly display who the actual seller of the product is. Below the Buy now button, a grey-highlighted text shows which provider is responsible for the sale.
