Create a free product
To create a free product, navigate to the Products page. Then click on the + New Product button. On the following page, you can create your desired product and configure individual settings.
In the Price field, you can set the final price to be paid by your customers. You can offer your products either free of charge or at a price starting at one Euro or Dollar.
To offer a product free of charge, enter the number 0 in the Price field.

Frequently asked questions
What transaction fees apply to free products?
There are no transaction fees for free products, and customers only need to provide their name and email address when making a purchase. No payment details are required.
What about transaction fees when a discount code is applied?
A product can reach a price of 0 Euros or Dollars by using a discount code. In this case, no transaction fee is charged either.
Why can't I publish my free product?
Products, even free ones, can only be published once your shop is active. This requires an active monthly plan.
