Product access
After successful payment, your customers receive access to the purchased product or booked service. They can reach the product page either directly via the thank-you page or via the button included in the order confirmation email. This way, your customers always see the most up-to-date version of your product. You can preview this view within the product itself via Preview: Product page.
Note: You can see how the purchase process works in detail in the article What does the complete purchase process look like?
Depending on the product type, the product page is displayed differently for your customers. Below you will learn what you can set up for each product type and how your customers see it.
Product type: Link/Access
With this product type, you can provide both a link and additional information in the field Your product or additional details about the link (e.g. dial-in data, password).
Product type: Digital download
With the digital download, you can provide files for download or viewing. Additionally, you can add texts or buttons to provide customers with further information or redirect them to external content. Folders allow you to organize your files clearly, and you can freely determine the order of individual elements.
Product type: Online course
In your online course, you can organize learning content in a clear and structured way. You work with pages and subpages that can be structured individually, creating a clear hierarchy. On individual pages, you can add videos, audio files, texts, files, as well as buttons and links. Your customers can mark individual lessons as completed, allowing you to keep track of their learning progress at all times.
Product type: Appointment booking
With appointment booking, you can have the booked appointment, including a Zoom link if you have activated this option in the product, sent directly to your customers with the order confirmation. Additionally, you can provide text as well as files for viewing or download on the product page.
Product type: Newsletter
With the newsletter product type, there is no product page, as no content can be provided here. Instead, your customers receive their opt-in link with the order confirmation email.
Once your customers have clicked the Confirm email button, their subscription to your list is confirmed and they become active subscribers. From this point on, you can reach them through your email marketing.
Product type: Product bundle
With a bundle, you can combine multiple already created products into a package and sell them together. On the product page, your customers can see at a glance which products are included in the bundle and can access each individual product directly.
