Make sure the product is still available for purchase, or contact the shop owner directly. -
My payment is failing.
First, double-check that you’ve filled out all required fields in the checkout form correctly and completely.If your credit card payment didn’t go through, it may be due to various reasons such as a failed 3D Secure authentication, insufficient funds, or an expired card. For 3D Secure, you must confirm the payment through your bank’s online banking system.
If your card or another payment method is declined, try a different payment method or contact your bank to find out the reason.
