What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a unique link that includes your partner ID. This link allows you to promote one or more products from affiliate sellers and earn a commission, provided the purchases were made through your link.
What does an affiliate link look like?
An affiliate link consists of the actual product URL plus your attached partner ID, your affiliate ID. This ensures that when the product is purchased, the system registers the sale as originating from your link, and the commission is credited to you.

Where can I find my affiliate link?
As an affiliate, you can find the link to promote a product in the Product Overview within the Affiliate Hub. Products will appear in your list once you’ve joined an affiliate program or been approved by a seller.
How does an affiliate link work?
Affiliate links function the same way across all affiliate programs.
When customers click your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser in the background. This cookie remains valid for 30 days.
This allows customers who discover a shop or product via your affiliate link to browse around first and still have the purchase credited to you later.
Why wasn’t a sale credited to me?
If a sale wasn’t tracked to you, it could be due to one of the following three reasons:
- The customer didn’t use your affiliate link.
- The customer blocks all cookies. In this case, it’s technically impossible to track the purchase. This is rare but theoretically possible. It affects not just our affiliate system but all affiliate programs in general.
- We use last-touch attribution. So if the customer clicked your affiliate link first but then later clicked another affiliate link for the same product, the commission will go to the most recent affiliate.
