Bookings
To view your booked appointments, open the menu item Bookings. There you will find an overview of all your future bookings with the date, time, and details of each booking.
Clicking on one line will take you directly to the order details.
You can also view all appointments that have already taken place using the Show past bookings option.
Availabilities
To ensure that your customers can only book appointments during the times when you offer your services, you can enter your general availability in your settings under Booking Availabilities.
In the Time Zone section, you can view your time zone and change it if necessary so that your bookings match your location.
In the General Availability section, you can specify your standard availability for each weekday, indicating the times you are open for appointments.
Below this, you can limit availability for specific days or periods, such as vacations or when your service is unavailable during certain times of the year. You can exclude specific days, time periods, or time slots.
To exclude specific days, select the Day option, enter the relevant date, and click Add. The date will be added to your excluded appointments and automatically saved.
If you would like to exclude a certain time period, use the period option to exclude a custom date range.
Note: Time periods cannot exceed 14 days. To extend the exclusion, create multiple adjacent periods.
Select the Time Slot option to block only certain times on a specific day. Enter the desired date and duration to exclude the time slot.
