Accounting
In your settings under the Accounting tab, you will find both the invoices we create on your behalf and a monthly overview of your sales. In addition to all the information about your income, you will also find invoices for your expenses there.
Invoice for your monthly plan and Tentary transaction fees
The invoice for your monthly plan and transaction fees (0.9% to 2.9%) can be found at the end of a payment interval under Invoices for the monthly plan and transaction fees. You can also view a breakdown of the transaction fees there.
Note: You will receive invoices for the payment processing fee directly from the payment provider(s) you use. To view these, log in to your Stripe-, PayPal, or Mollie account.
Invoices for your affiliate program
All invoices created for commission payments as part of your affiliate program can be viewed under Invoices for your affiliate program.
Monthly overview of all transactions on your account
At the end of each month, you will find a monthly overview of all transactions on your shop in this section. First, go to Monthly overview of all sales of your account and then download the monthly summary as a PDF and/or the individual sales as a PDF or CSV file for the relevant month.
You can also generate an overview for a specific period. To do this, enter your start and end dates in the From and To fields. Click on Download CSV to generate the file and download it to your device.
Your invoices to customers
You can download all invoices that our system has sent to your customers under Your invoices to customers. First, select the respective month and then click on View invoices.
Note: If you do not find any invoices under this item, your customers have not requested any invoices or the system was generally unable to create an invoice. We have summarized the possible reasons for this in the article Why wasn’t an invoice sent to my customers?
