After the successful purchase of your products, customers will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail. This e-mail also contains the invoice for the purchase (if one was requested).
It can happen that customers delete a purchase confirmation by mistake. In these cases you can easily resend the purchase confirmation including the link to the purchased product and the invoice.
- Open the menu item Sales.
- Click on the order for which the email should be resent.
- In the Actions section, click on Send e-mail again to send the purchase confirmation again.
In the activity history, you should see that the purchase confirmation was resent.
