When people buy your products, it is always mandatory to provide an e-mail address. To this e-mail address, we send an automatically generated purchase confirmation including an invoice (if such was requested). However, it can happen that a typing error has crept in when entering the e-mail address. If customers contact you in this case, you have the possibility to correct the error directly in your Tentary account.
Proceed as follows:

Navigate to the Sales menu item.

Find the order for which you want to correct the email address and click to view the details.

In the Customer section, click on the red pencil icon next to the email address.

Enter a new respectively a corrected email address and confirm the change by clicking on Change e-mail.

Optional: Click on the Send Now button to send the purchase confirmation to the correct email address.
After you applied the change from above, you will see the e-mail address change in the activity history.
