If you decide to make files available to your customers within your product, you have several options for uploading and organizing them.

Uploading Files
A wide variety of files can be uploaded for the product types Digital Download, Appointment Booking, and Online Course.
To create a new product, first click on + New Product in the product overview and select the desired product type. If you have already created a product, scroll down to the Your Product section.
Files
Using the Files button, you can upload an unlimited number of files from your computer or smartphone and add them to your product. Your files will be stored securely on our servers.
For larger files, a progress bar is displayed so you can see how long the upload will take. The uploaded files are then clearly displayed.
Change file names and add descriptions
Once you have uploaded a file, you can click on the pencil icon to change the file name and add a description for your customers.
Note: Make sure you use a unique name and, if necessary, a clear description. These are useful if your files require explanation or if you want to provide additional information.
Both pieces of information will be displayed to your buyers on the product page after a successful purchase.
If you have uploaded multiple files, you can adjust the order within them using the four-way arrow. To do this, drag the desired file to the desired location and release it when you see an orange dotted line.
+ Text
You can add as many text sections to your product as you like. To do this, click on the + Text button and insert your text.
Text sections are useful for adding additional information and explanations to your product. In addition, there are many options available to you, including headings, quotes, bold, italics, and lists, to format your text clearly and add images and links.
To personalize your text, you can use placeholders. Drag and drop the elements to the desired position.
+ Images
You can embed images in text sections or integrate them directly into your product. To integrate them directly, use the + Images button. Then select the image you want and click Open.
+ Videos
Videos can be uploaded via the normal file upload or via the + Videos button. All videos uploaded via the video upload are automatically converted into multiple formats so that they can be streamed by buyers in the video player.

+ Audio
Use the + Audio button to enable buyers to play audio files directly in a player on the product page. Select your audio files and click Open.
+ YouTube/Vimeo/Loom
External videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom can also be embedded. To do this, use the + YouTube/Vimeo/Loom button and enter the link to the video.
Note: YouTube Shorts cannot be embedded due to their format.
+ Button
To embed a link to another website, click on + Button, enter your CTA as the button text, and insert your desired link.
Sort files and organize them into folders
If you have uploaded multiple file types, you can easily sort them using the four-way arrow in the upper right corner of each file and drag and drop them into your desired order.
If you want to remove a file, click on the trash can icon.
Products with many files can also be organized using folders, unless the product type is an online course. Here, products are divided into pages and subpages.
Click on the New Folder button to add a folder to your product. You can move and rename folders and add previously uploaded files using drag and drop.
