Want to give other people access to your Tentary account, such as employees, assistants, or accountants? With team members, you can invite people and assign them a role with specific permissions. This article explains how to invite team members, what roles are available, and how to manage permissions.

Invite a team member
- Go to Settings and click on Team in the submenu.
- Enter in the Invite team member section the Email, First name, Last name and select a Role.
- Click Send invitation.
- The invited person receives an email with a link to set their password and join the team. The link is valid for 7 days.
Note: This feature is not available in the Starter Plan, but is included in the Scale- and Grow Plan.
Roles and permissions
Each team member is assigned one of six predefined roles. The role determines which areas the member can access and whether they have read-only or full access. You can find a detailed overview on the Team page under Role permissions.

| Admin | Full access to nearly all areas, including settings, team management, and revenue data. No access to account deletion. |
| Accounting | Read-only access to financial data: orders, customers, reports, invoice settings, and revenue data. |
| Marketing | Can edit products, discount codes, emails, landing pages, and the shop. Cannot see revenue data. |
| Product editor | Can edit products, categories, order bumps, and discount codes. Cannot see revenue data. |
| Support | Can view and edit customers, orders, and claims. Cannot see revenue data. |
| Support (read-only) | Same as Support, but with read-only access only. |
Note: For roles without revenue permissions, the following data is hidden: all revenue figures in the dashboard, on the statistics page, on individual product pages, in the affiliate dashboards, and in the sales list.
Manage team members
Change a role
In the member list under Settings > Team, you can change a member's role at any time using the dropdown in the Role column. The change takes effect immediately.
Resend an invitation
If a member hasn't accepted the invitation yet (status: Invited), you can send a new invitation email using the Resend button.
Reactivate a team member
Deactivated members can be reactivated using the Reactivate button, as long as your plan still has available seats.
Remove a team member
Click Remove next to the member. After confirmation, the member is removed immediately and can no longer log in.
FAQ
Which plans include team members?
The Grow plan supports up to 3 team members. The Scale plan has no limit. Team members are not available on the Start plan.
Do deactivated members count toward the limit?
No. Only members with the status Invited or Active count toward your plan's quota.
Can I create custom roles?
No, there are six predefined roles. However, you can change a team member's role at any time.
Can team members invite other members?
Only members with the Admin role can manage the team. All other roles do not have access to team settings.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
If your new plan allows fewer team members than are currently active, you will need to remove or deactivate members before you can switch plans.
