The following payment methods are currently available for paying a subscription:
- Credit Card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- SEPA Direct Debit (if enabled by the seller)
Payment via PayPal is currently not possible.

How can I change the payment method for my subscription?
A change of payment method during an active billing period is currently only possible after a payment attempt with the existing payment method has failed (see next question).
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, you will automatically receive an email notification. This message includes a link to enter a new payment method. You will also have the option to settle the outstanding payment once via PayPal.
Please note: A PayPal payment is a one-time transaction and only covers the currently due amount. Future payments will not be automatically collected via PayPal.
When will I be notified that my subscription is renewing?
You will receive an email 7 days before your subscription is renewed, informing you of the upcoming charge. This gives you enough time to prepare or cancel the subscription if needed.
