Images in Your Shop
In your shop, you can use a favicon, a logo/profile picture, and, depending on the theme, a shop banner or a background image. You can upload these images via the Shop Builder Shop > Design.
Favicon
The favicon is the small icon shown at the top of your browser tab next to the page name. It helps users quickly identify open pages and gives your Tentary shop and its pages a distinct visual identity.
Recommended size: 192px × 192px
Logo / Profile Picture
The logo, also called profile picture, represents you and your business externally. It’s prominently displayed in your shop, depending on the theme, in various places and sizes, and helps create brand recognition.

Recommended size: 184px × 184px
Large
Recommended size: 240px × 240px
Full Width
Recommended size: at least 680px × 680px (square)
Shop Banner
The shop banner, if supported by your theme, is displayed above the shop title and description. It gives customers an instant impression of what your shop is about.
Recommended size: 1600px × 520px
Background Image
In the Link-in-Bio theme, you can add a full-screen background image to give customers a visual impression of your shop’s products.
Recommended size: 1600px × 1600px
Images for Your Products
You can upload individual images for your products to promote them. For the Online Course product type, you can also use a custom background banner.
Product Images
Product images are shown on the shop, sales, checkout, and product pages, helping customers understand what you’re offering. You can set a main product image and upload multiple additional images shown in a slider on the sales page.
The format for your product images is not strictly specified. We recommend a square image or an image in landscape format. With a non-square image, you should make sure that the product is placed in the center of the image if you use it as the main product image, so that it is also clearly visible on the shop page.
Recommended size: flexible; at least 1000px wide
Background Banner: Online Course
The background banner appears above your course and replaces the default orange placeholder. You can upload your custom banner in the course settings by clicking Upload Image.
Make sure to keep the most important content centered in the image, since depending on the device, parts of it might not be visible.
Recommended size: 1600px × 320px
